Lou Bavaro is Chief Operating Officer and a partner in West River Specialty Meats. An experienced operator and marketer, Lou has focused primarily on the food industry since completing his MBA at the University of Minnesota in 2003. He also owns Brewberry's Coffee Shop and Catering Minnesota, Inc.
Paul Dioguardi is the C.E.O. of
West River Meats and Owner/Operator of Hickory House Ribs Restaurants of Aspen and Parker, CO.
Hickory House Restaurants have been featured on "Oprah" and are winners of over 50 national and international awards for ribs
and sauce.
